What's happening and when?

We're uplifting our systems to ensure our services remain stable and secure.

The maintenance windows are as follows:

  • Saturday 20 May from 22:00, through to Sunday 21 May 00:30 (AEST)
  • Sunday 21 May 19:30, through to Monday 22 May 03:30 (AEST)

How does this affect you?

While we carry out this work, some of our services will not be available which may impact you.

If you are a BOQ Specialist client, please read the information below:

  • Mobile app - unavailable during the maintenance windows (outlined above)
  • Online banking - unavailable during the maintenance windows (outlined above)
  • Credit cards will function as normal
  • Debit cards will function as normal
  • Client Service Centre will be available as normal
